Grade 9 titanium properties & yield strength is that it offers superb resistance to erosion corrosion, crevice corrosion and pitting. Grade 9 titanium has a superior strength to weight ratio and it also has excellent mechanical strength. Grade 9 titanium has very low thermal expansion and it has good weldability and good formability. Grade 9 titanium is resistant to stress corrosion cracking in sour gas environments and in chloride. The Chemical Composition of Grade 9 titanium is N <=0.02, Al <=3.5 - 2.5, Fe 0.25, H <=0.013, V <=3.0 - 2.0, C 0.10 and O <=0.12. Grade 9 titanium has a yield strength of 621 MPa.
